Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our SaaS deal cycles and drive revenue growth. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, lead complex negotiations, and mentor junior sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Conduct high-level, tailored product demonstrations.
  • Develop and propose customized pricing and contract solutions.
  • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Coach and develop a team of SDRs or Account Executives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Expert skills in product demos, contract negotiations, and business case development.
  • Strong experience with CRM software and forecasting.
