What happens if I exceed my form creation limits?

You’ll get a clear heads-up. We won’t auto-upgrade or delete anything. Extra Forms will be created in an inactive state, and you can choose to upgrade if/when needed.

What happens if I exceed my monthly submission limit?

Your forms will continue to accept submissions. However, submissions over your limit will not be stored in your inbox or be available for export. We’ll notify you, and you can easily upgrade to avoid missing data.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime directly from your billing dashboard. No lock-ins, no penalties.

Do you offer refunds?
