AppShare Public Page Disclaimer & Policy

This policy defines the legal, ethical, and operational boundaries for public app distribution pages created using Zunoy AppShare. It ensures transparency for app downloaders and safeguards Mentcube Innovations Private Limited (Zunoy) from liability and misuse.

• Distribute mobile applications (IPA/APK files) securely.
• Share apps via download links or QR codes.
• Provide release notes, version details, and installation instructions.

Zunoy provides the hosting and delivery infrastructure only. It does not validate, review, or endorse the apps being distributed.

• Each public app page is fully managed and controlled by the respective Zunoy account holder (“App Owner”).
• The accuracy, safety, and authenticity of all apps, branding, and release notes are the sole responsibility of the App Owner.
• Zunoy does not scan or audit uploaded apps for malware, security risks, or compliance.

• Apps distributed through AppShare are provided as-is by the App Owner.
• End-users download and install apps at their own risk.
• Zunoy is not liable for damages, data loss, or security issues caused by installing or using apps distributed through AppShare.
• Users should exercise caution and verify the App Owner before installing.

• Some app pages may include links to third-party SDKs, libraries, or installation tools. Zunoy is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or availability of such third-party services.
• Failures or security issues introduced by third-party integrations are outside Zunoy’s control.

• Zunoy shall not be liable for:
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious content in distributed apps.
  • Losses or damages resulting from installing or using apps obtained via AppShare.
  • Delays, interruptions, or unavailability of public app pages.
  • Misuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent distribution by App Owners.

• App Owners must not distribute apps that:
  • Contain malware, spyware, or harmful code.
  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, or app store policies.
  • Infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or IP rights.
  • Contain offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
  • Misuse Zunoy’s name, logo, or imply endorsement by Zunoy.
• Violations may result in immediate suspension or removal of the app distribution page.

• Zunoy-provided elements (footer, powered-by link, and default UI) must remain intact unless explicitly allowed under paid plans.
• Unauthorized use of Zunoy’s branding to imply affiliation or endorsement is prohibited.

• Zunoy may track anonymous download metrics (e.g., total downloads, device type, country) for performance and abuse detection.
• Zunoy does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) from downloaders unless voluntarily submitted (e.g., email subscription, feedback forms).
• If subscriber or user data is collected via a distribution page, the App Owner is the data controller. Zunoy acts as a processor in line with its Privacy Policy.

To report misuse or abuse of any public app distribution page, please email support@zunoy.com or visit zunoy.com/report-abuse. Include the app page URL and details of the issue when submitting a report.

• Zunoy reserves the right to suspend or remove apps and/or accounts that violate this policy.
• Where practicable, Zunoy will notify the App Owner and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy violations.
• For illegal, harmful, or urgent violations, Zunoy may act without prior notice.

We may revise this policy as required to reflect operational, legal, or technological changes. All updates will be posted with an effective date.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
