Nothing is deleted. Your notes stay exactly where you left them. You lose access to paid features like advanced analytics, audit logs, and CMS APIs — but the moment you upgrade again, everything comes back.
What is the 30-day refund policy?
If you're not happy within the first 30 days of a paid plan, we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no back and forth. Just reach out to support.
Can I switch plans anytime?
