Get Email Downtime Alerts Sent Straight to Your Inbox
Connect Zunoy Uptime to email and every status change lands in an inbox instead of a tool someone has to remember to check. Works for anyone on the team, and for stakeholders who aren't on your Slack or Discord at all.
Why It Helps
The One Channel Everyone Actually Has
Not everyone who needs to know about downtime is in your team’s chat app, a client, a manager, someone in finance. Email communication reaches them without asking them to join anything new.

Notifications
What Shows Up in Your Inbox
Pick which of these actually warrant an email, not every event needs one.
Monitor Down
Email downtime alerts land the moment a monitor fails its check, so nothing slips past unnoticed.
Monitor Recovered
A recovery confirmation arrives as an email uptime notification the second a monitor comes back up and stays up.
Maintenance Window
A heads-up email goes out before a scheduled maintenance window actually begins.
Incident Assigned
An incident assignment shows up in your inbox the moment it lands on your name.
Choose only the events worth an email, everything else can go elsewhere.
Setup
Get It Running in Five Steps
Email is the simplest integration to set up, no external app, no separate account to connect.

FAQ
Quick Answers About the Email Integration
Can Zunoy Uptime send email downtime alerts?
Yes. Zunoy Uptime’s email monitoring integration sends alerts to any email address you verify during setup. It’s useful for reaching clients, managers, and other stakeholders who aren’t in your team’s chat tools.
What alerts does Zunoy Uptime send by email?
Zunoy Uptime can send four types of email uptime notifications: monitor down, monitor recovered, maintenance window, and incident assignment. Only the alert types you’ve turned on are sent.
Can I send Zunoy Uptime alerts to more than one email address?
Yes. Add a separate email integration for each address. Each one can be set to receive only the alert types you choose for it, so different people get different alerts.
How do I set up email alerts in Zunoy Uptime?
Go to Integrations in your Zunoy Uptime workspace, select Email, give the integration a name, and enter the address that should receive alerts. Then enter the one-time code sent to that inbox. Verification makes sure alerts only go to an address you control, not one typed in by mistake.
Can I choose which alerts I receive by email?
Yes. Turn on only the alert types you want delivered by email, and route the rest to other channels like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Can I use a personal email address for alerts?
Yes. Any email address you can verify works, whether it’s a business email or personal address.
