Connect Any Tool That Takes a Webhook URL
Not every tool your team uses is on our list, but if it can generate a webhook URL the same way Slack or Discord does, you can still connect it with the uptime monitoring webhooks integration. Paste the URL in, and it’ll start getting alerts the same way any of our built-in integrations do.
Why It Helps
If It Takes a Webhook, It Works
Plenty of tools support an incoming webhook, even ones we don't have a dedicated setup for. This gives you a way to connect any of them without waiting on us to build it first.
Key Highlights
Works with anything that accepts a webhook URL
No need to wait for us to add native support
Set up takes the same couple of minutes either way

Notifications
What Webhook Notifications Get Sent
Choose which of these actually get sent to your tool, not everything has to post.
Monitor Down
Webhook alerts go out the moment a monitor fails its check, so your tool shows it right away.
Monitor Recovered
Sent as soon as a monitor comes back up, no need to check back manually.
Vendor Downtime
Sent the moment a vendor you depend on goes down, before it becomes your problem too.
Incident Assigned
Sent when an incident lands on your name, wherever you're set up to see it.
Turn on only the events your tool actually needs.
Setup
Get It Running in Six Steps
Most tools that support this generate the webhook URL from their own settings. Grab that URL first, then connect it here.

FAQ
Quick Answers About Custom Webhooks
What is the uptime monitoring webhooks integration?
A custom webhook integration connects Zunoy Uptime to any tool that accepts an incoming webhook URL, even if it isn’t a built-in option. For Slack, Discord, or Microsoft Teams, use the built-in integration instead, since its setup is simpler. Custom webhooks cover everything else.
How do I set up a custom webhook in Zunoy Uptime?
Generate a webhook URL in the tool you want to connect. Then go to Integrations in your Zunoy Uptime workspace, select Custom Webhook, add a name for the integration, and paste the URL. Zunoy Uptime checks the URL automatically when you save it, and alerts start sending with the next status change.
Can I choose which webhook notifications are sent to my tool?
Yes. Turn on only the alert types you want that tool to receive.
How do I know if my tool supports this?
Check its settings for something like “incoming webhook,” “webhook integration,” or “API triggers.” If it can generate a URL for that, it’ll work here.
What alerts does Zunoy Uptime send through a custom webhook?
Zunoy Uptime can send four alert types through a custom webhook: monitor down, monitor recovered, vendor downtime, and incident assignment. Only the alert types you’ve turned on are sent.
Can I connect more than one custom webhook?
Yes. Add as many custom webhooks as you need, one for each tool or channel.
